She most recently served at Amazon, where she acted as a key liaison between finance, accounting, operations, and technology teams to support complex program launches and operational initiatives.

With an early background in the beauty industry and a long-standing passion for wellness, Jessica is excited to bring her leadership and operational expertise to help guide Arora's continued growth.

Gary Culpepper is a seasoned finance leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding financial strategy, planning, and operations for multi-location healthcare, medical aesthetics, and consumer brands. He has led major private equity transactions, built scalable financial infrastructures, and driven margin growth across fast-growing organizations. Gary holds an MBA from the prestigious HBCU Florida A&M University.

Nicole is a seasoned leader, bringing over 15 years of diverse, results-driven experience across marketing, operations, strategy, and technology to Arora. Backed by an MBA from the University of Florida (Go Gators!), her career trajectory spans organizations of all scales—from boutique agencies to the largest hospitality company in the US. Most recently, she served in a leadership role at the nation's largest medspa, where she was instrumental in spearheading organizational strategic initiatives and transformational growth.

Lindsay is a seasoned marketing and growth leader, bringing 16 years of experience across healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, and technology to Arora. Backed by an MOL and MBA, her career spans fast-growing startups, multi-state medical organizations, and service-based brands.

She has led high-performing teams, built scalable marketing systems, and driven strategic initiatives that support sustainable, compliant growth. Recently, she guided marketing and operations for a national wellness company, where she played a key role in expanding brand presence, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and optimizing performance across the organization.

With over a decade of experience in medical aesthetics, Rebecca brings a proven track record in business development, project management, aesthetic education, sales, and operations. She has held leadership roles with two of the largest medical spa organizations in the United States, where she helped scale growth, optimize systems, and elevate client experiences.

Passionate about wellness and client success, Rebecca combines strategic insight with hands-on operational expertise to drive sustainable results in the aesthetic and wellness space.

Cory is a dedicated partnerships and operations leader, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in experiential marketing, vendor management, and strategic relationship development to Arora. His career spans national brands, healthcare partners, and pharmacy networks, where he has built strong collaborations and streamlined processes that enhance clinic support.

With a focus on pharmacy and peptide manufacturer partnerships, Cory specializes in vetting vendors, ensuring compliance, and securing pricing structures that provide clinics with reliable solutions and patients with exceptional value. Driven by impact, he is committed to advancing safe, accessible care by strengthening the connections that power clinical success.

Christina Malik, JD is a healthcare attorney and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience supporting complex healthcare organizations across compliance, operations, and growth strategy. She is the founder of Cor Consulting Partners, where she works with medical spas, wellness companies, physician practices, digital health platforms, and private equity–backed healthcare organizations.

Christina has served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for multi-site healthcare organizations and franchised medical spa systems, leading compliance programs and supporting multi-state expansion, physician agreements, and M&A initiatives. Her approach focuses on building scalable, compliant operating models that align regulatory requirements with real-world business decisions.

She holds a Juris Doctor with a healthcare law specialization, an MBA in organizational finance, and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration. Christina is a Certified Medical Practice Executive and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

With more than 21 years of experience guiding high-growth healthcare platforms, Nicole has been instrumental in shaping the future of medical aesthetics. She has drafted over 10 state medical spa laws, providing the regulatory foundation that allows medspas, investors, and clinicians to scale with clarity and compliance.

Nicole's career spans private equity-backed and start-up platforms in digital health, retail health, urgent care, and medical aesthetics. She has led legal strategy for the largest medspa chain in North America, structuring MSOs, joint ventures, franchise systems, and multi-state operations that balance innovation with regulatory precision.

Lauren Thompson is a Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of clinical experience, including 12 years in the aesthetics industry at one of the nation’s largest med spas. Over the past eight years, she has held leadership roles focused on medical operations, building and mentoring clinical teams, medical affairs, and regulatory compliance. Her work in compliance helped shift organizations from a reactive to a proactive approach through strategic oversight and risk mitigation.

Beyond aesthetics, Lauren also uses her medical background to support allergy education through a local nonprofit organization that empowers students, educators, businesses, and communities with the knowledge and skills needed to prevent life-threatening allergic reactions.
